Description

Product Overview

The XH‑Ku‑CS4 Ku-Band 64-Channel Standardized Subarray is a standardized array unit designed for mass deployment of phased array systems. It integrates multi-channel silicon-based chips and microwave multilayer PCB in one unit, with 64 transceiving channels in a regular 8×8 layout. It independently performs RF transceiving, 2D beam scanning, status monitoring and channel self-test.
Compared with traditional discrete T/R module solutions, this subarray is manufactured with mature SMT process, delivering better channel performance consistency, smaller profile and higher production yield. It significantly reduces integration difficulty and overall cost of large-scale arrays, and is widely applicable to array construction and system upgrade of various phased array radars and wireless communication platforms.

Key Advantages

  1. Highly Integrated Standardized Design with 64 Channels
Integrated architecture of silicon-based multi-channel chips and microwave multilayer PCB, with 64 transceiving channels in a standard 8×8 layout. Unified interface and standardized specifications allow direct tiling and expansion into large-scale phased array apertures, greatly reducing system integration workload.
  2. SMT Process for High Consistency & Mass Production
Full SMT manufacturing process ensures better amplitude-phase consistency among channels and higher batch stability compared with traditional discrete T/R modules. With high production efficiency and controllable yield, it is especially suitable for large-scale mass deployment, delivering a more cost-effective phased array solution.
  3. Compact Low-Profile Design for Flexible Integration
Overall dimension only 79.8mm×79.8mm, with compact size and low profile. It can be flexibly embedded into various radar and communication devices, fits space-constrained installations, and supports multi-subarray assembly to build array systems of different apertures.
  4. Full Functions with Built-in Monitoring & Self-Test
Integrated with RF transceiving and beam steering control, plus real-time working status reporting and channel self-test functions. It facilitates system operation and maintenance and fault location, improving reliability and maintainability of the entire array system.
  5. Wide Frequency Coverage for Multi-Scenario Use
Operating frequency covers 15~17GHz Ku-band with ±45° beam scanning range. It is compatible with multiple system architectures including radar detection and data communication, with strong versatility.
