Description

Product Overview

The XH‑Ku‑32  Ku-Band 1D Active Phased Array Antenna is a cost-effective radar antenna designed for linear perimeter security scenarios. It integrates radome, antenna array, beam-control power board, thermal dissipation module and rear housing into one unit. Adopting 1D active phased array architecture, it delivers inertia-free electronic scanning in azimuth, providing wide beam coverage without mechanical rotation. It balances detection performance and cost advantage, making it an ideal choice for linear area low-altitude security.
With highly integrated all-in-one design and built-in rear housing, it offers excellent environmental protection. It supports continuous receive, pulse transmit and TX-RX pulse switching modes, with integrated power amplification, spatial power combining and low-noise receiving. It is widely used in perimeter anti-UAV radars for parks and borders, fixed low-altitude surveillance and linear area security detection.

Key Advantages

  1. 1D Active Electronic Scanning, Cost-Effective Solution
Adopts 1D active phased array architecture with ±45° scanning coverage, scan loss ≤3.5dB within ±40° elevation. Beam switching time ≤40μs, typical TX-RX pulse switching time only 100ns for fast beam response. More cost-effective than 2D phased array solutions, especially suitable for linear protection scenarios such as perimeters, borders and park fences.
  2. Stable RF Performance with Adjustable Sidelobes
Operating at 15.8~16.8GHz Ku-band with horizontal polarization, EIRP ≥80dBm, total receive gain ≥55dB, G/T ≥2dB/K. Receive sidelobe level ≤-20dB, transmit sidelobe level ≤-12dB, with adjustable weighting depth, delivering good detection accuracy and anti-interference capability.
  3. Integrated Rear Housing Design for Easy Deployment
Integrates antenna array and rear housing in one unit, dimension 420mm×400mm×62mm, weight ≤10kg. The high integration greatly reduces system supporting work and enables convenient installation. Based on mature active phased array architecture, it features high integration, lightweight, high performance and high reliability.
  4. Low Power & High Duty Cycle for 24/7 Operation
Total power consumption ≤200W @ 30% transmit duty cycle, with maximum transmit duty cycle up to 30%. The low power feature reduces long-term operation power cost, suitable for fixed, all-weather security scenarios.
  5. Industrial Protection & Smart Thermal Management
IP67 ingress protection for the full unit with rear housing; cooling fan rated IP68. Built-in working status reporting, real-time temperature and current monitoring with adaptive fan speed control, adapting to harsh outdoor environments and ensuring long-term uninterrupted stable operation.
