The XH-GS0101GWP is a Ku-band, wafer-level packaged 4-channel T/R phased array SiP module delivering 1 W (30 dBm) output per channel over 14-18 GHz. It integrates the power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, T/R switch, amplitude/phase control and temperature sensor in a single 11.1 x 7.3 x 0.3 mm die, enabling time-division transmit/receive operation for Ku-band phased array radar front ends.
